How long does production take?
Orders begin processing immediately.
Orders without a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item ship within 3 business days. Orders with a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item take up to 7 business days to ship.
Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available.
Please note: We do our best to ship orders out as quickly as possible and begin working on them right away. Because of this, we're not able to make changes once an order is placed — including edits to items or shipping addresses.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once production is complete, orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 7-12 business days. Expedited options, including UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight, are also available. For Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry, the 7 business day production time still applies before items can be shipped with expedited service. Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available.
Is there a warranty?
We offer a one-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects on all jewelry, along with a 3 year color warranty for our Forever Gold Collection. This warranty excludes lost items, normal wear and tear, and damage from improper use or storage. Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry includes a lifetime warranty with repair or replacement for material or workmanship issues.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We offer returns on eligible items for exchange or store credit only; refunds are not available. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date, and items must be clean, unworn, and free from signs of wear or damage.

Absolutely beautiful and fit me well. However, there is no 925 stamp. So how long it lasts it to be determined. I ordered both sterling silver and gold plated over what is supposed to be sterling silver but neither bracelet are stamped. I also got a double stacked ring in the gold plating over what is supposed to be sterling silver but neither of the rings are 925 stamped. I haven’t had the stones tested but I doubted they are lab created diamonds before I even bought the product. However, they are very sparkly and pretty. The clasps hold well in both of my bracelets.

I bought 3 jet set bracelets. They are my obsession. I’m a hairdresser and work in water and chemicals and products all day . These pieces have been comfortable and the finish is very durable. The stones are matched perfectly and sparkle amazingly for the price . I just ordered a matching necklace. Can’t wait to see it . I will definitely order more products again . The customer service is also extremely amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

Amazingggggggg. Super recommend. It’s real diamonds (lab made) and it sparkles like the real ones but soooooo many in a bracelet. I stop and look at it all the time. It’s gorgeous and so worth it. I’d buy more if they made more types/sizes.
